The moral difference between the inevitable civilian casualties in the Lebanon that result from Israeli action, and the deaths of Israeli civilians that result from Hizbollah rockets, is this: Lebanese casualties are the unintended victims of strikes against an enemy "militia" that uses civilians as human sandbags. Israeli civilian casualties are the victims of a deliberate attempt at indiscriminate murder.
This distinction seems such a commonplace that it hardly needs to be made explicit. But, in the European media, this distinction is often lost in the hysterical effort to portray Israel as an aggressive monster that..................... well, this sentence could be concluded by selecting from any number of grotesque accusations that are laid at Israel's door.

Hope it isn't to late to say welcome M16 and Yala! Just ignore the posters that do not seem to belong in discussions, they are obviously there just to annoy us. Those of us that know Islam is NOT a religion of peace are bonding together to defeat them both in discussion and all things.
I looked at all the pages of faces that have been taken from us in Israel. I feel such sadness that so many are young. Too bad there is no website for all the Muslims in Iraq that are being killed by Muslims. Perhaps that would remind some of what a viscHope it isn't to late to say welcome M16 and Yala! No. Let's get all the Arabs out of our country. Close the border, and live in peace. When will you cretins understand that we don't care about your (primitive) religion? Just leave and leave us out of your little schemes, riots, religious preaching, and all else. Sounds good, doesn't it?

You may not but Israeli business have. They were using them a lot before the First Intifada before Israel started to go on a security craze. Making it difficult for palestinians in the west bank and Gaza to work. But they are still some working.

It's not a duty for anyone to hire one group of foreigners over another. Palestinians cut their own throats in 2000 with the Intifada closing the flow of day labor. What they discovered is that cheap unskilled labor is easily substituted. Perhaps if they focused on skills education and made themselves more economically viable it would be better for them.

OT, but I'm curious.
Which groups in Israel fill voids formerly held by Palestinian labor, and what is the general employment situation?
Mediocrates

Roumanians, Thai, and East Africans.

Is there a strategy or trend to permanent replacement of Palestinian labor?
Eliminating economic need for them would make it more convenient to keep them out.

Citizens of several third-world countries have been caught penetrating Israel from the Egyptian border. There are many who work here illegally. But if you ask me, there are Jews who can do all of those jobs. The companies that employ them would just have to take a cut in their profit margins and pay them reasonable salaries. The number of "Palestinians" working in Israel ought to be an absolute zero.

It's identical to the U.S. situation with illegal immigrant labor. There are Americans who are willing to do the same labor for a FAIR price.
There were/are many Russian & other recent Jewish immigrants who'd work that labor for a fair price, eliminating Palestinian workers in Israel. And that would be good, Jewish workers in Israel with zero Palestinains...let the Palis get their own jobs in their crapphole 'occupied territories.'
