View Full Version : David Horowitz' Suggestion

This is from David Horowitz, who is one of the foremost political pundits in America:

The Jews blow up a mass murderer who targeted innocents and was planning to kill many more; the Palestinians "retaliate" by blowing up students. If the war on terror is to be serious, the West Bank must be occupied by military force, disarmed and denazified. A generation of Palestinians has been stripped of its humanity by its own leaders. The West Bank needs to be put into moral and political receivership, until its youth can be re-educated and re-civilized. The Israelis cannot do this. They will always be seen as an enemy power. The solution to the Mid-East tragedy is to turn the Arab-occupied West Bank over to Jordan and make it politically part of the Jordanian state.

* * *

In the Mideast conflict, the Palestinian state of Jordan is kind of an elephant in the living room that no one is talking about.

Here we have a relatively very large state that can accommodate all the Palestinians currently crowded into the Gaza strip, and still have plenty more room to solve the rest of the Palestinian overpopulation problem. Jordan is already by some accounts 70-90% Palestinian and includes large parts of the original Palestinian homeland in the Arabian desert.

Yet, no one seems to be uttering a word about why the Palestinians don't simply go to Jordan and establish whatever corrupt third-world terrorist state they so badly want. They would be free to conduct however many Jihads they please in their own territory and free to overthrow whichever Arab state they want, as they have demonstrated that desire several times in recent history.

Dear Palestinians -- Jordan awaits you. You can rename it Hizbullahstan or Arafatistan or Hamasland-- whatever makes you happy. Just please realize your national aspirations without massacring any more Israeli children and college students.

It has not been all too accomodating so far, for good reason. Would you like to take Hamas & Co. in?

Right!

Minor detail, but I'm sure that they would be more than happy to reunite with their Arab brothers, no?

:D

Newsguy: I would venture that if such an idea was put to the young King Hussein, his response might well be unprintable. If anything, he might well want to kick those Palestinians out that his father mistakenly admitted in the first place.

I knew a few Jordanians a couple of years ago. They had nothing good to say about the Palestinians. Called them a bunch of ungrateful *****.

Actually that is brilliant. The westbank is now jordan... the palestinains could no longer talk about brutal occupation, no future, dispair, on and on. That is absolutely perfect, give it back to Jordan and sue the **** out of the UN who have been funding the "camps."

Funny how some neighborhoods are called settlements, others camps, oh semantics.

I beg to differ: it's not just semantics. Settlements are set up by people who are self-supporting. Camps, on the other hand, are dependent on the world's charity.

Hey, maybe that's the problem? Maybe, the settlers should demand UNRWA funds and everyone will love them? :rolleyes:

What's the difference between a Jordanian and a Palestinian?... most Jordanians are Palestinian.

Or rather, most Palestinians are Jordinians.
