One of the reasons for leaving the west bank and gaza strip is to prevent the palestinians from becoming a majority in Israel. This seems like a logical short term solution. However this still leaves over a million israeli arabs. They still have a large birth rate and so eventually they will turn Israel into the 23rd arab state. Has anyone thought of any long term solution to keep israel as a jewish majority.

The only idea that I can think of is putting a limit on how many children an Arab family can have.

Didn't China do that (with other minority groups)?

Unfortunately that leads to more of the racism charge for Israel by the international community.

Another solution would be to improve the educational level, especially of girls, of the Arab population, as it is apparently in the process of happening. Everywhere, except Gaza, this has worked to decrease the number of children per mother.

IMO, in Gaza it hasn't worked because they know that the children will be supported by the UN no matter what, and also because of the incitement.
