Supreme Leader for life in Iran; Ali Hoseyni Khāmene’i, is about to play a 'blinder' in every sense of the word.
He is playing the 'Reformist card' for the second time.
After Iran's win with the aid of it's propaganda networks; 'Press TV', paid journalists, financial and political support for anti-Israel groups, so-called 'anti-war groups' and Palestinian and Lebanese terrorists, Iran has succeeded in uniting a disparite group of 'useful Western idiots' in the West; the neo-fascist left/liberal/far right anti-Zionists with the Islamists.
This strategy has created the greatest existential threat to Jews since the Second World War and and to Israel.
To make things worse thousands of well-meaning bleeding-heart-liberal Jews worldwide have jumped on Iran's bandwagon claiming that the elimination of Israel is the correct moral stance; if indeed they have even thought it through to that extent, and many are just confusedly following 'the (Palestinian) underdog' as hounds follow the huntsman or sheep the shepherd.
The election of Mohammed Khatami, who we all remember was previously elected as a 'Reformer' while knowing very well that the majority hardliners in the Iranian Parliament would never let his reforms through, is a clever trick from a devious Regime, and a ploy which will be swallowed wholeheartedly worldwide.
It's a brilliant ruse to play again with many people too young to remember the last time, too uninformed or too just plain stupid not to be taken in. It will make Iran look forward looking when it is really backward stepping. It will undermine any hard stances taken by the US and the EU.
But don't just take my  word:
"A victory by Muhammad Khatami in the upcoming Iranian presidential elections would likely derail international efforts to stop Iran's race toward nuclear power, a top Israeli defense official involved in those efforts has told The Jerusalem Post"
