Can we just throw a few Palestinians on the fire when we run out of wood?

This post serves as a reminder to most of the people on this forum that they need to lighten up and stop writing all your doom and gloom negativity about our Jewish religion.

The best things in Israeli life are the simple things like Lag Be'Omer (my favorite holyday) when our children stay out all night only interrupted by a passing security guard who will stop his vehicle and instead of telling the kids to go home will throw another wood pallet on the fire.

Have a great night everyone.

Nights like tonight are worth the threats from Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, the UN, and other anti-semites bugging our misguided Jews around the world thinking that it's better living somewhere else.

Come home for the good things we have to offer and be apart of Jewish history.

I always used to enjoy Lag Ba'omer when I was kid living in Israel.

Like all other local kids, we used to steal plenty of 2x4s from construction sites, light them up, and then my Moroccan friends would teach me to barbecue some shish kabobs.

Darkness, big flames, little kids, sudden winds and no parental supervision. The real miracle of the holiday is that we survived it with (almost) no third-degree burns.

My boy got home at 6am with a big stomach ache. Apparently he doesn't have any moroccan friends and he thinks they undercooked the meat.

No burns to report.

Hence the miracle of Lag Ba'omer.

Gotta have some Moroccan friends, though, when attempting to roast meat on an open fire. Either that or some Israeli cowboys.
