8-year-old Israeli stabbed in Elon Moreh attack

Two Palestinians reportedly stabbed and lightly injured an 8-year-old boy yesterday in the settlement of Elon Moreh near Nablus. The boy told reporters he was standing near the entrance to his home when the two attacked him. The two then fled on foot, probably to the nearby village of Izmot. The Israel Defense Forces imposed a closure on the village and searched it, but did not find the two.
The IDF is continuing to receive numerous warnings of suicide bombings within the Green Line, and has imposed a tight closure on cities in the northern West Bank.
