A major crisis between Egypt and the Hamas government has arisen over the Rafah Crossing. Both sides have exchanged accusations of negligence in creating a mechanism for Palestinians to cross in both directions through the Rafah crossing.
The leaders agreed during a meeting last night that a high-level security on both sides is needed an important meeting last night. In addition, they agreed to reduce the number of passengers per day to 400 only, as well as the requirement to send lists of passengers before the day of travel.
