Hi Everyone,
If you haven't heard about this program, it really is fantastic. It is a program that provides interest free loans to new immigrants, help start small Israeli businesses, pay emergency medical and housing expenses, and helps victims of terror. 95% of the people who receive loans repay them, allowing the funds to be used for additional people who need them. As everyone knows, this has been a particularly bad year for Israel.
