Iranian children's folk tale praises suicide bombings

The 37th edition of the Iranian children's newspaper "Mug'taba," presents the story of Samer Shwahana, the suicide bomber responsible for the bombing of an Israeli bus.

Shwahana came from the village of Silat Elhartia, near Jenin, and was an Islamic Jihad operative. He blew himself up on an Israeli bus in the town of Afula, east of Haifa, on 29 Nov. 2001. The children's tale glorifies the action, viewing the suicide bomber as a positive role model and encouraging young children to follow in his path.

The "Mug'taba" children's newspaper is an Iranian newspaper printed in Kuwait, which is distributed on the Internet to the entire Muslim world.
