Lebanon is a glaring example of a huge mistake that Israel made by running away before terrorism stopped completely. Even though Israel left the entire S. Lebanon, as verifed officially by the UN, Israel has not received an end to the Lebanese Hizbullah terrorism against innocent Israelis.

Since the shameful withdrawal ordered by former PM Ehud Barak, there is ongoing violence, kidnappings and shooting missiles from Lebanon into Israeli population centers, while Iran keeps on sending thousands of midrange missiles to the Israeli Northern border, which could lead to WW III. That's what handing back lands without completely destroying the terrorist infrastructure has led to.

when was the last time some violence happened at the borders with Libanon? How many people have died since Israel withdraw? How many people died BEFORE Israel withdraw?
I think the choice between staying or leaving is quite obvious! It is the choice between open war and an insecure peace.

Actually it's quite the opposite... Israel wants peace but there is the greedy desire for the land of Israel by these squatters who have lands of their own.
