If "palestine" is more recognised as rightful owners of the land then why is Israel back home?
The land of Israel would've permanently become "palestine" and there would be no terrorism in that region since Israel wouldn't be there... Just stories of terrorism elsewhere where greedy land grubbers try to acquire more land perhaps taking over greece first since they had control over it within the past 2000 years before advancing back towards Italy and as much land as they can consume as possible until they have it all so they only have to fight each other.
They never argued over how unfair they had to give greece back to their rightful owners but they contest the fact that Israel returned. There were people who established themselves in greece but when greece returned after the ottomans fell there were no conflicts that followed no division of the land just a more peaceful withdrawl back to their lands.
Israel on the other hand is only half recognized and even that is disputed! So why return Israel at all if the land was not to be complete like greece but split to cause conflicts and making statements that Israel are the badguys, terrorists are better friends?
