Two International observers, who are supposed to observe the shooting of Palestinians on Jewish residents of Hebron, were themselves shot today by Palestinians.
The observers from TIPH (http://www.tiph.org/) were driving on the Cross-Yehuda road when a passing Palestinian vehicle opened fire at the observers, murdering them both instantaneously.
Stay tuned for the Arab PR spin to place the blame of this incident on Israel and divert public anger away from the Palestinian murderers...

Norway has seen a recent rise in anti-Semitism and anti-Israel sentiment, caused by millions of dollars invested in a PR campaign financed by the Saudi government.
Has anyone done a study on how such propaganda is being distributed (throughout the world) and paid for? I mentioned a while back that a former US consul to Jerusalem is now being paid by Arabs for public relations work. I would like to know the dimensions and nature of these PR campaigns.

JPost says that there was one Swiss observer and one Turkish observer killed, and one surviving Turkish observer. No mention of Norwegians. Does anyone have any further info about this?

I recall reading a few months ago about a pacifistic organization (perhaps Catholic, in any event some of the participants quoted were American nuns) that had been invited to the Hebron area by the Palestinians and which would hang around and "chat with" or otherwise pester the IDF soldiers stationed there in an attempt to have them take up pacifism.

You're right.
I picked up the initial announcement from the Israeli news wires very early on, which stated (mistakenly) that the victims were Norwegian.
It seems that the spokesperson for the organization was Norwegian, but the victims were, as you correctly said, a Swiss and a Turk.
I now saw the update.
Thanks for correcting.
