I've been reading a few comments from various Arabs and their supporters, who love to criticise Israel for what they call "human rights violations" resulting from stopping and searching Palestinian ambulances.

Well, it is true. Israel does, indeed, stop palestinian ambulances these days, and with good reason. That reason is called "survival," in the face of Palestinian attempts to use ambulances to transport suicide bombers and wanted terrorists into Israel to mass murder Jews.

And even though the Palestinians know full well that using ambulances as tools of terrorism will result in hardship to legitimate Palestinian patients, the terrorists have never hesitated to cause not only the death of innocent Israelis, but also the death and suffering of their own people.

One such monsterous use of Palestinian ambulances was made by the female suicide bomber, Wafa Idris, who gained entrance to Israel in a Red Crescent ambulance. She entered into Israeli territory disguised as a paramedic, and proceeded to blow herself up in a crowded outside mall in Jerusalem, murdering an Israeli bystander and wounding more than 170 innocent Israeli shoppers.

On several other occasions, Israel has discovered Hamas and Fatah terrorists being transported to safety inside Palestinian ambulances.

Today, Israel anounced that it caught a bomb-filled palestinian ambulance, with a suicide bomber on his way to slaughter Israelis on the eve of the Jewish holiday of Passover.

Still, the Arabs and their apologists try deperately to spread lies and disinformation about why Israel is harming the Palestinian's "rights" by daring to stop and inspect Palestinian ambulances. In reality, the only Palestinian rights being infringed upon are what they see their rights are to use ambulances as a tool to mass murder innocent Israelis.

In this photo, we see IDF troops inspecting the ambulance after removing the explosives:

From Haaretz:

IDF arrests Palestinian ambulance driver carrying explosive

Reserve soldiers at the Rama roadblock, north of Jerusalem, arrested an ambulance driver for the Palestinian Red Cross on Wednesday morning, after discovering that he was carrying an explosive device in his ambulance.

The man said that he was transporting the explosives, which were strapped to a belt, from the area of the West Bank city of Nablus at the request of an activist from the military wing of Fatah, which is headed by Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat.

Palestinian officials dismissed the report as an Israeli fabrication. Reporters at the scene, however, heard a loud boom when IDF sappers detonated the belt taken from the ambulance.

The explosives belt, weighing 10 kilos, was hidden in the back of the ambulance underneath a stretcher, which was carrying a sick Palestinian boy. Members of the boy's family were also traveling in the ambulance.
