Arafat's Fatah and Tanzim organizations have claimed reponsibility for the mass murder suicide bombing at a Tel Aviv cafe, called "Bialik Cafe," known as one of the most popular nightspots for teenagers. More than 30 injured, 5 of whom in critical condition.

The Palestinians' goal was to intentionally mass murder as many Israeli teenagers as possible.
