Wap Browsing for Newz Sites Plz?

I’ve just hooked my cell phone up to the internet, or WAP, whatever you call it so I can access new sites a way from home etc.

I have a lot of reading up to do tonight as I haven’t ever used my cell phone this way before.

In the meantime, I am assuming that I cannot access this forum via my phone, but if I am wrong, please let me know.

Secondly if anyone can recommend some good Wap news sites for this purpose, please list them here for me?

I think Mediocrates has used some sort of small-screen device for this site. Maybe ask him.

As for being scared of becoming more internet accessed then you are, I relate perfectly and fought against it for so long but feel I am running back to my PC more often than I should be, to get my hourly hit of the news, when I could just access the news elsewhere.


Either that or I am going to have to enter a 12-step recovery program for being a newz junkie! :rolleyes:

Hmm not sure. I've accessed this site from a Palm Pilot web browser which is a pretty small screen. Haven't tried a phone though nor a PocketPC.

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to access this site via mobile phone (with internet), but it might not be pleasant/easy to read due to the nature of the VB skin.
