This time it is NOT the ECONOMY , STUPID! (Although latest figures of growth, confidence and employment are rather positive).
IT IS A WAR AGAINST TERRORISM
THIS WAR HAS BEEN FORCED ON US ON THAT PEARL HARBOR DAY OF 9.11.2001.
It was another day of INFAMY and we shall not rest until we win.
IRAQ is a FIJI ISland, Iwo JIMA, or Normandy Beach (D-Day)... the war has just started and we shall not stop until we eradicate FANATIC ISLAM and its TERRORISM from the face of the earth.
This approach says that we should fight the war waged against us with the aim of winning. On the ground this means that we fight terror everywhere it exists, we take away the bases of operation and support from the terrorists and we push hard for societal change among our enemies by enacting policies that will lead toward democratization. By so acting, it is actually Israel, not our enemies, that has the real staying power.
This is what the US is doing in Iraq.
