Like a boxing match in which the outcome is “fixed” by the Mafia, the UN has begun to railroad Israel into a political lynching process disguised as an investigation into the events that transpired in Jenin, in which the outcome is pre-determined before the investigation even starts.
To ensure that the UN’s distortion of the events and its conviction of Israel will succeed, the following rules of the investigation will be applied strictly:
1. There will be no mention that hundreds of Israeli citizens have been butchered by the terrorist infrastructure which was based in Jenin, trained by Iran and funded by Saudi Arabia.
2. There will be no mention of illegal missile factories operated by the Palestinians in Jenin residences and community centers.
3. There will be no mention of suicide bomb laboratories in Jenin residences and mosques.
4. There will be no mention of the death and destruction caused by the shooting and bombing by Palestinian terrorists in Jenin, which conducted an extensive battle against the IDF.
5. There will be no mention of Palestinians using their neighbors’ children as human shields.
6. There will be no mention of Palestinian terrorists firing anti-tank missiles at the IDF from residences, while the families were inside the house.
7. There will be no parallel investigation of dozens of Palestinian massacres of Israelis which were planned and implemented by the PA.
8. There will be no similar investigations of Arab countries which have conducted massacres against their own citizens.
9. There will be no mention of thousands of bombs planted by Palestinian terrorists in residences, which caused much death and destruction
10. There will be no mention of land mines placed by Palestinian terrorists, which caused much death and destruction
11. There will be no mention of Palestinian execution of their fellow-Palestinians for alleged collaboration with Israel.
12. There will be no mention that Red Crescent ambulances have often been used by the Palestinians as vehicles to transport machine-guns, grenades, bombs and suicide terrorists.
13. There will be no mention of Israel’s willingness to sustain casualties of IDF soldiers as a result of house-to-house fighting, just to minimize injury to Palestinian civilians.
14. There will be no mention of the testimony of Palestinians present at the time, who deny that any massacre took place.
15. There will be no mention of the complicity of the UNRWA, which knowingly concealed its full knowledge of the missile factories and bomb laboratories in Jenin, where the UN operates extensively.
16. There will be no mention of the long and despicable history of UN discrimination against Israel.
17. There will be no mention of anti-Israel and anti-Semitic literature paid for by the UN.
18. The investigation will be conducted by the former head of the Red Cross, which openly discriminates against Israel.
19. The investigation will be conducted by people with no expertise to determine whether a massacre actually took place, except that, under Israeli protest, perhaps one subordinate, low-level military attaché will be permitted to act in a limited capacity
20. And, most importantly, the conclusion that Israel is guilty will be determined even before the investigation will begin, so as not to allow actual facts to affect the outcome.
With these ground rules of its “investigation”, the UN is prepared to do its utmost to punish the Israeli victims of Arab and Islamic terrorism for the true ultimate crime of the Jewish people –- self-defense against genocide at the hands of its enemies.
