Actually there are tons of such sites around, most of them hosted in the USA - several Taleban sites among them. Makes one wonder...

I feel a DoS attack coming on.

On the contrary - the sites are in effect controlled by (respectable) American providers.

Business is business.

If I had a server, and some Indian offered me $200/month to host an anti Pakistan site, I'd take it.

I'm not sure what's wrong with Indians criticising Pakistanis after the Pakistanis have been carrying out an Islamic Jihad and ongoing massacres against Indians for decades now.

On the other hand, if you are saying that you would gladly host a racist site for a few pounds sterling, I would hope that you would be held accountable by law.

Which doesn't prevent the national security services from monitoring the server traffic, does it? And isn't it much more comfortable if the server is in Los Angeles than if it is in Baghdad?

Whether the ISP is American, French, or Israeli is not really the issue. Shouldn't the question be, "What do we do with the whore who transmits the STD?" Knowingly or unknowingly, the disease of bigotry and hatred is being proliferated around the world. What would it take to stop it? Whose standard of "hatred" will you use to measure it? To some, the very insinuation of ill will toward another is classified hatred. To others anyone who does not agree with them is hate speech. It is difficult to draw a line that does not shut out the very forum we share here. With this in mind, it behooves us to be those who speak and act responsibily.
I hate what I see as injustice toward Israel and her people. I despise the likes of Arafat and would like to see them purged from the earth. Is some hate justified, or justifiable?
