My grandfather(avery religious shia imam) kept telling me about jewish iraqis ...who were killed by sadam :(

He told me that he his best friends in baghdad were jewish merchant in al-shorja...

He said to us that all of them were kind ...I am really surprised to know that u speak this sweet iraqi accent ......

I am really intrested to know more about you... and are u planing (or your mother) to visit your home in IRAQ?

As an American, i am honored and proud to have liberated you from the saddamite dogs.

Unfortunately, the awful, dreadful media, particularly in Europe, let alon the middle east, does not want to cover how people such as you are thrilled about the american invasion.

As for israel, in the past, jews and shia were allies. Maybe not in my lifetime, but in my children's, they will be again.

It is one of those terrible news nights showing all the death and distruction done by terrorists in Iraq, and I found myself faltering in resolve until I came upon your thread. I do not know how you can bear it for there is simply no decent regard for anything or anyone by these vicious people. I know you must, just as we must, for we have no choice. How do they come to have such hate in their hearts? Islam is a religion of peace? They say Islam has been highjacked, if that is so, how could there be so many of them from so many Islamic countries if they are not being taught that this is the will of their god. This cannot be the same deity we pray to and honor, or yours.

I will continue to think of you and pray that you stay safe and well and will look for your postings from now on! I am so proud of the Iraqi people for their honorable courage and proud of our military sons and daughters who go in harms way to help bring freedom to Iraq.

The mainstream media does not show the right picture.. I am not that religious but my dead grand father was an IMAM .. He always used to talk badly about khomainy, about IRAN about Sadam.. He was (Sayed) A shia IMAM...

He kept telling me about his jewish friends during his youth in BAGHDAD.. He said that they were bounced and killed by Sadam and extermists and was sad about that...

He couldnt face the big states in the neighbourhood. My father couldnt as well.. He was killed like millions of IRAQIS by Sadam.

They didnt have Internet.. and they couldnt contact friends of freedom in the other parts of world....

We do!!!

Thats why.. because of your support.... weather in ISRAEL or in AMERICA or in Great Britain.. Our leaderships and politians could contact u and build an alliance... maybe they cant show it now..

But I can contact you and I can shout inspite of dictatorships... I can say that I love freedom... That we love freedom...
