search member without return results

Is there a deliberate incapability to do search for certain member? that I have to leafing through

I did a search on myself and used the keyword Pakistan... Worked fine. Got my results.

Or were u saying something else?

I was referring to the search engine for specific member but the issue is not the member but why it does not bring results but bringing me to the same start page of members list:confused:
