Israel is being criticized for its tough hand on terrorists, the Israeli public is fed up with Sharon's restraint, and now Arafat wants peace.
Does Arafat believe that Israel will be offering anything close to what Barak offered in regards to Jerusalem? Not likely. So why is Arafat now ready once again to talk peace?
I personally believe that the Palestinians are building up arms and are stalling attacking Israel while the West continues to shower the Palestinian's with currency, currency that is being used to buy weapons.
The Arab goverments promised the Palestinians money to help the Palestinians. But most of this promised money has yet to surface. Or has it? In all probability the money was redirected to purchase arms for what Mr. Arafat and his gang have reiterated in the past for the complete and utter destruction of the State of Israel and its people.

It’s hard to believe that anyone in this half-baked world could believe Arafat wanting peace: that said, sadly, there seem to be plenty of half-baked people out there!! The only thing Arafat wants is a piece of Israel… the WHOLE PIECE… and dead Israelis/Jews.
Welcome to Israel forum Robert Furst and Not Beilin!!! :D

If Arafat wanted peace he could have had it YEARS ago.

Lot of half baked people, then... what are you, a cannibal? Roll those people in clay and bake over a slow fire for two days. Yum! :D There used to be a lot of cannibal Indians in Texas until the early Texans got fed up and almost killed them off... almost. Robert Furst, by the way, was my boss on the kolel site he ran, but I haven't heard from him in a year, not a peep... hmmph and I was a moderator on his forum. Alas, life has such comedowns...

Glad you are back and in fine form, Lowell! did the band-aids help your liver at all? They're a dang pain during the roundup as they usually end up sticking to the saddle... unless you use the top-of-the-line variety!
Actually, prefer my meat blue... flop them on the coals momentarily... a quick searing on the other... the screaming is a bit off putting but it soon dies down.
The colorado River Skeeter Patrol is a somewhat tedious, the skeeters here are smart... not like those in Canuckistan!
Cheers Lowell! :D

Of course they'll be smarter, if you try to cook 'em first... you were referring to skeeters, weren't you? The bandaids don't stick to the saddle unless I ride nekkid, not a good idea down here, but I can't get my dang jeans off at night without a pry bar. It hurt more getting the bandaids on my liver, though...
