1. Eventually the Palestinians need to have a useful existance, preferably out of Israel.
2. Jordan has problems with the Palestinians also.
3. Jordan has great interest in developing the Arabah.
4. Israel could provide the needed economic development through the new Dead-Med hydro plan to provide abundant electric power and desalinated water, in return for Jordan agreeing to provide a homeland for the Palestinians in Jordan's Arabah.
5. This project could receive world backing as a positive solution to the present situation.
