One of the people murdered on French Hill yesterday was Gila Sara Kessler who worked for JAFI (Jewish Agency for Israel). Here is their page on Sara Kessler's life and of her death.

While Israel Radio correspondent Danny Zaken noted this morning of that
Yasser Arafat clearly said he was opposed to attacks "within Israel" =
within the '67 Green Line the significance of this limit was not discussed
nor reflected on hourly and half hour news bulletins nor in the report on
Israel Radio's website report.
The "inside Israel" clause allows for the murder of Israelis anywhere beyond
the '67 Green Line. For example, if a terrorist slaughtered people praying
at the Western Wall in Jerusalem such an operation would not violate Arafat's
call.
No mention was made, for example, that the most recent bloody attacks inside
Jerusalem took place beyond the '67 Green Line and thus are not covered by
Arafat's call nor by the European Union financed ad signed by some
Palestinians published yesterday in the Al-Quds Palestinian daily that
opposed attacks against Israeli civilians "inside Israel."

This article describes 5-year-old girl and her grandmother who died at the most recent Jerusalem bus stop attack. Her grandmother was next to her and her younger brother was also injured (among other dead and wounded).

Such as the murder today of five Israelis at Itamar by shooting which is perfectly within the bounds set by Arafat.
