When are rational, thinking, TRULY peace-loving (and I know there are LOTS of them out there) Israelis going to come to power. Oh, I'm sorry there was one in power but he was gunned down by some radical nutcase thereby killing the best chance the Middle East had for peace.
Your ignorance is impressive. A clear majority of UN member states voted in favor of the Partition that led to the creation of Israel. The Arab states were practically alone in opposing it. Both the U.S. and U.S.S.R. voted "yes."

During the last two decades of the Cold War, Israel provided the U.S. a crucial service, field testing U.S. weapons against Soviet weapons. This, not charity, was the real reason for U.S. aid.

You also seem confused by more recent events. Israel offered the PA a peace settlement that included a Palestinian state with its capital in East Jerusalem. The PA responded not with a counter-proposal, but by promptly violating everything they had agreed to over the past seven years.

You are obviously an angry person. But I think someone should point out to you that it is unfair to vent your personal frustration on Israel and the Jewish community.

Ah, the CLASSIC subterfuge. Anyone who disagrees with Israeli policy is labelled an Anti-Semite. Right on schedule. You guys should have Al Sharpton working for you.

Actually, you proved you are anti-semitic when you posted the "Jews killed Jesus" slur and by claiming that "the Jewish Lobby" manipulates U.S. policy.

That's not legitimate criticism of "Israeli policy" -- it's just bigotry.

You can be against Israeli government policies and not be antisemetic. Having a political opinion on what is right and wrong, like whether or not the Jewish settlements should be destroyed or not. Then you have antisemetism when you say "bloodthirsty Zionist." There is a difference. Not like if I was against American policies I would be antiamerican (unless I hate ever policie that America has, then maybe it is obvious they hate Americans) I could be labeled anti-American.

Actually, I am an angry person. I'm angry that the situation in the Middle East has gotten to the point that it shows up within the borders of my country.

I'm angry that posts to this group have regularly contain slurs against Palestinians and Arabs and there is no outcry. A word of criticism of the Israeli government, however, garners a charge of Anti-Semitism.

Please direct me to the vast stores of knowlege that you are calling upon to refute my arguments.

Try the library, Barnes & Noble, or Amazon.com.

As I just said, you are anti-semitic not because you criticize Israeli policy (there are plenty of people here who do that and have never been accused of being antisemitic), but because you repeated a classic antisemitic slur (that Jews killed Jesus -- never mind Jesus was a Jew) and claim the U.S. is manipulated by "the Jewish Lobby."

IBrodsky is right. Manuel is not anti-semetic. He is simply fingers typing to the beat of ignorance, compiling slurs and myths he has only heard in compilations. I would be surprised if Manuel (the name of our gay, Jewish gardner by the way), had an original thought in his entire brain. I sure would like to hear it, instead of what he regurgitates from other Jew Haters he's either grown up around or seen on TV.

Actually, it would be nice if others calmed down, as NewsGuy suggested. When you encournter someone who spreads lies, propaganda, and slander the best thing to do is patiently refute them or, if you can't keep calm, ignore them.

Let them keep their monopoly on bad taste, bigotry, and emotionalism.

I think it's clear Manuel does not want to engage us in civil discussion, and his slurs and insults are a violation of IsraelForum policy.
