In a ceremony that received virtually no attention in the American media, the United States and Canada signed a military agreement Feb. 14 allowing the armed forces from one nation to support the armed forces of the other nation during a domestic civil emergency, even one that does not involve a cross-border crisis.

The agreement, defined as a Civil Assistance Plan, was not submitted to Congress for approval, nor did Congress pass any law or treaty specifically authorizing this military agreement to combine the operations of the armed forces of the United States and Canada in the event of a wide range of domestic civil disturbances ranging from violent storms, to health epidemics, to civil riots or terrorist attacks.

In Canada, the agreement paving the way for the militaries of the U.S. and Canada to cross each other's borders to fight domestic emergencies was not announced either by the Harper government or the Canadian military, prompting sharp protest.

"It's kind of a trend when it comes to issues of Canada-U.S. relations and contentious issues like military integration," Stuart Trew, a researcher with the Council of Canadians told the Canwest News Service. "We see that this government is reluctant to disclose information to Canadians that is readily available on American and Mexican websites."

The military Civil Assistance Plan can be seen as a further incremental step being taken toward creating a North American armed forces available to be deployed in domestic North American emergency situations. ...

In May 2007, WND reported President Bush, on his own authority, signed National Security Presidential Directive 51, also known as Homeland Security Presidential Directive 20, authorizing the president to declare a national emergency and take over all functions of federal, state, local, territorial and tribal governments, without necessarily obtaining the approval of Congress to do so.

Montevideo is the place to be. First off, it has the 2nd standard of living in South America, it has a temperate American climate, it's 90% ethnically European, it has a stable democracy and hasn't been in war in like 150 years, it's on the ocean it's near Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro, only 3.5 million people in the whole country, most of whom live in the capital and only major city, internet, digital TV, cellphones, etc etc. All you have to do is speak Spanish or Portunol.

Most Americans are not "aware" or are in denial of what their government has been doing in their name since the early 1900's. America, for the most part, would not want any thing to do with this push for dominance to enrich the progeny of the nobility and robber barons from around the world. The hope of America for many of its citizens was to enjoy the freedom to seek whatever level of success that could be gained by honest, hard work. Of course, there were those who chose the more visual paths of crime too. Many immigrants had to pay protection to their own ethnic people to keep their shops and businesses from burning or their family from being harassed in their own respective ethnic neighborhoods. These are tales that one hears from family and other relations who spoke about their beginnings in America in the late 1800's to early 1900's. If they happened to be sponsored by relatives living in a rural area, then some of those pressures were less of a problem. These are the same people that went off to defend their new home in foreign wars, but little did they know or suspect that events were being manipulated by robber baron power brokers behind the scenes to enrich and further empower these brokers and their progeny throughout the years and throughout each conflict.

Perhaps like you, I have to wonder when I read posts about ZOG and how Jewish interests are mucking up the works in America for white folks. What a bunch of morons!!! They claim that Israel has the US on a short leash and the US does Israel's bidding on a whim. As one can see, the real truth is just the opposite. That is why I have warned on this forum in the past that Israel has got to find a way to break from this stranglehold, but I don't know how this would be done either. For some reason Israel does not fit into the globalists plan for how things should be in the world, but the constant conflict does serve to put money in their coffers, so the Pals are the useful idiots in this game and Israel remains the main object of their lunacy. For some unknown reason, Jerusalem is the prize that all concerned seek.

The USS Liberty incident looks like a preplanned event in all respects, and despite the fact that Israel was involved in the event, there are many questions that need to be answered about the LBJ/McNamara involvement. This analysis would take too much space to go over here, and previous posts have not addressed some of the finer points about this event. Nuff said!!!

For what it's worth, I separate those who call themselves Americans from what its government does in the name of Americans. All Americans are free to fall in on any side of any issue as they choose. There are multiple views to any issue.
