It's a more or less random picture. From the looks of it, I guess it's somewhere in W. Africa, probably some oil company worker, or just a random tourist, abducted by either the Nigerian rebels or an extortionist gang somewhere around Niger Delta.

Only visit such areas as part of a very well-armed force. If you cannot bear arms as part of the rules of engagement, do not go even if you are offered a large salary.

As for tourists, pick another continent.

The stupidty of the picture is that if the guy with the RPG fired, he'd probably kill or mame pretty much everybody.

This looks like an Arizonan that caught trout in the Colorado River without a California trout stamp. I guess that California called dibs on all the trout first. Go figure!!! Doing the dirty jobs that Americans won't do!!!
