Has anyone heard of the organization "Gesher"?

עמותת "גשר", עוסקת למעלה מ- 30 שנה בקידום ההבנה בין דתיים לחילוניים וקבוצות נוספות בחברה הישראלית, ובהעמקת הקשר והזיקה לזהות היהודית-ישראלית . "גשר" דוגלת בחזון היהודי-דמוקרטי ורואה חשיבות בפתיחות למגוון גישות בכל נושא, ולהתייחסות השואבת ממקורות יהודיים וכלליים.

Gesher (Hebrew for bridge) is an educational organization committed to strengthening the fabric of Israeli society through the appreciation of our shared Jewish heritage and common destiny.

Gesher’s many programs educate Israeli children and adults, teachers, and IDF officers about Jewish history, culture, and identity and promote mutual understanding, respect, and tolerance among Israelis of all walks of life.

Since its founding in 1970, Gesher’s educational activities have touched the lives of millions of Israelis and have received numerous awards and government recognition.

I think this is an important organization and have been thinking about participating in their activities for a LONG time. Has anyone else here? If so, what were your experiences?

About this Gesher organization... I had a Jew girlfriend, so she was going thru Ex Yugoslavia countries to take part of that organization and to be part of that global Jewish community. There are also other organization simmilar as Gesher...in helping Jewish woman for example..education jewish children on the Balkans...
