Jimmy Carter Writes New Book On Middle East

Jimmy Carter (yemach shemo) has a new book called "We Can Bring Peace to the Holy Land" coming out in January, just after Obama's inauguration. His use of the word "we" in the title makes me nervous. I hope he plays zero role in the Obama administration's middle east policies.

Carter should write something on the economy instead..... it's a more pressing issue.

The Carter Center receives massive funds from Saudi, Oman, the UAE, The Saudi Bin Laden Group, Kuwait, OPEC, Nigeria, and Venezuela. Those who pay the piper get to call the tune.

    Dayag,

The Huffington Post? Really? Why do you read that garbage? The funniest thing about that website is it claims to be left-wing yet the comment section reads like Stormfront.

It doesn't matter that they are paying him, and they are. It matters that the man actually believes the word of Hamas and Arafat. Either he is dumb as a doorknob or hates Jews. I'm not sure which, and I don't care to find out.

Yeah, I get my news from a wide variety of sources. For Israeli news I look at everything from Haaretz to Arutz Sheva. I agree with you 100% about the comments section in the Huffington Post. I don't even read the comments anymore.

According to Cyrus Vance, during a March 1980 meeting, Carter (yemach shemo) told some of his closest advisors: "If I get back in, I'm going to f### the Jews."

He didn't have to get back in, he's been doing exactly that for decades now. He started the modern assault on Israel, through his cowardice and through his anti-Semitism.

He is one of the worse president son record, having lost his own re-election really badly ( I believe he only one two states), and he is looking for personal causes. He's been doing absolutely nothing for the past 30 years - paid for by the state of American tax-payer (still is). Israeli/Pal thing is really a great cause for a person who does not have better to do especially if you are a former president.

Pres. Clinton can raise billions while Carter writes books about Jews.

Being anti-Israel is definitely a way to get in the spotlight and def. a very popular thing in Democratic circles.

Carter (yemach shemo) never met a terrorist he didn't like.

"On Friday, Carter said that he would have been delighted to meet Hezbollah officials and that he regrets the meeting didn't take place during his current visit to Lebanon."

"Carter is expected to meet in Damascus Sunday with the exiled Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal. His first meeting with Mashaal in April drew sharp criticism from the Bush administration, which labels Hamas as a terrorist group."

They probably are going to discuss global warming and gay rights.

The guys who murdered 240 US Marines in Beirut? He's delighted to meet them?

You know there were Americans who fled the US after the Revolution and after the Civil War, never to return because they were on the wrong side. I genuinely do not understand why Carter doesn't permanently expatriate himself to some other country.

Did you not notice Hezbollah's PR spin? The terrorist attack they used to boast about is now only whispered about and they have their apologists here in the US working on it too.
