The US will be limited in it's ability to intercept terrorists plans, especially overseas. So...... will that lead to more successful terrorist attacks, now that the terrorists have to worry less, about having their murderous plans exposed ahead of time? The US is probably safer than Europe, being further from the action.

Are the Islamic terrorists more likely to target Europe, seeing that it's closer, and that they already have terrorist cells in place? Which European countries are most likely to be first? England? France? Germany? Italy? I hope not, but probably one of those. I just hope that the EU's anti-terrorist intelligence is up to the challenge of increased possibilities of attack.

Hey, the USA has plenty of federal pens to keep these animals in. We don't need to support and spend extra tax dollars on a separate facility for these pigs. Honestly, shutting down Gitmo is the best idea yet. Let them in with the regular prison population in the Federal Pens in the USA; let's see how they get along with the folks in there.

Hey, the USA has plenty of federal pens to keep these animals in.

I don't care about the rooms in the pens, I care about bringing those animals into our broken judicial system, where things can go wrong. Plus, we lose all capabilities of breaking them down and getting vital information out of them, which can help us to prevent terrorist attacks, especially via newly captured beasts.

I think that it is well worth the extra money. I'm not even sure if it isn't much more expensive to house them in a federal pen which is about $50,000 per inmate, plus the expense of costly free legal help.

Our prisons are not only significant recruitment arenas for narco-gangs, and street gangs, but also for Islamic terrorist cells. You place ONE Islamic beast in our prisons, and TEN more will be hatched. Some of our prisons are virtually run by the different gangs.

We've got a broken penal system, and we've got representatives with broken brains, like Murtha.

Just as a precaution, now that Obama is weakening America's ability to prevent terrorist attacks, I intend to stock some shelves with long term supplies. Not panicking, but it is best to be better prepared for the eventuality.

Gotta agree with Steven on this one. From the ex-cons that I've met--or that I've seen in the media--they all want to blame someone else for their misdeeds.
