Is there an ignore feature on this forum, similar to the one on imdb.com?

I'm not familiar with the ignore feature on that site, but if you mean that you'd like to ignore a specific member here, it's possible like this:
User CP > Setting & Options > Edit Ignore List

Can I petition the powers that be to change the blank posts from:
to: "This message is hidden because xxxxx is a blathering idiot that you needed to ignore a long time ago"This message is hidden because xxxxx is on your ignore list.
I mean... there's just so little catharsis in the world....
