Recently Ehud Barak announced that there would be 112 new units built in Beitar Illit which was immediately condemned as a violation of the freeze. But Beitar Illit everyone agrees will ALWAYS be part of Israel. So there's no reason to complain any more than building a house in Ramat Gan.
