However, several PA officials have admitted in Arab media that the PA rejects the “two-state solution” and sees itself as including approximately a million and a half Arabs holding Israeli citizenship.

I still don't get it. They dont want 2 states but they want their state to include the 1.5 million arabs in Israel. Is this cognitive dissonance on their part or am I just missing something else?
How can they think of going to the UN to ask for a separate state when they say that's not what they want publicly? It's got me beat.
Could they want one state with two governments? One for the arabs and one for all others. I can't see that working out too well.

They might want to ask the Israeli Arabs about that. Of course forced expulsions is possible. The key thing to remember is to ignore 100% of what they say. It's gibberish.

They are mischaracterizing what Nabil Shaath said. Basically he wants Israel to become a binational state (not a Jewish state) and allow all the so-called refugees to immigrate while the Palestinian authority is a Jew-free Arab state. So, they are willing to settle temporarily for the territories as long as Israel ends its status as a Jewish state and commits suicide by bringing in millions of Arabs to destroy itself demographically.
