Please tell me whether there is a picture of Jerusalem before the destruction in 70 AD. When was a second temple in the city. Just not the second temple only, but the city.
If possible, give me link.
Thank you!

"If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, let my right hand wither, let my tongue cleave to my palate if I do not remember you, if I do not set Jerusalem above my highest joy." (Ps. 137: 5-7)"
"Any generation in which the Temple is not built, it is as if it had been destroyed in their times" (Yerushalmi, Yoma 1a).
Now that I think about it, it must've been one weird place. Of course, it's hard to relate with people from almost 2000 years back but just weird. I hope we never revert to it although the eternal BBQ for God (TM) probably makes the city look like one big food fest.
Thank you for answer! Your answer an links helped me. After this, I found yet more pictures ( of Jerusalem's model).

vopshem, my' reshyli pisat' po ruski?![]()
Ya duzhe pohano razmavlayu (i razumeyu) ukrayinsku movu...even though I had some education in it as a child. Alas, I speak lyrically challenged Ukranian (=Russian) a lot better. So I'll address your point in English.
In my opinion, the conflicts arise from mainly two quarters:
1. The loud voices of village ignoramuses who maintain some absurd grievances based on abject fairy-tails. These people do not hold national interest in mind. They hold the obtuse sentimentality of the 16th century in mind. These people, or rather their actions, cause a distinct and not always rational reaction in my kind. A very historically conditioned reaction- which amounts to retraction and silence.
2. And possibly more of a factor... the workmanship of one Vladamir Putin, and his predecessors across the border. It is absolutely never the case that it is in Russian interest to see a strong relationship between the Ukraine and Israel (or any of the former FSU and Israel). Israel has a habit of permanently advancing the capabilities of many countries, in military prowess, in economics and in technology. And by Russian interest,I mean specifically the interest of the people who tend to rule Russia than the average Russian in the street- who wouldn't care less.
We have good standing with Georgia and Bulgaria for instance... not to mention India, Ethiopia, and many countries that are not nearly as advanced as the Ukraine but nonetheless have the same existential problems as Israel has had.
Personally, I see a lot of good coming out of a strong multi-level cooperation between the Ukraine and Israel, and not only because there are so many Jews from the Ukraine in Israel. Neither the Russians, nor the current Islamist govts of Turkey and Iran will like it much though.
If it were not for those 2 factors things would be a lot better- I think the Eastern Europeans generally understand our position in a far more realistic and open minded way than the Western Europeans, who are the living slaves of OPEC, "multiculturalism," and their declining birth rates.
Я теж на українській мові краще розмовляю ; ) (I am also in the Ukrainian language speak better)
Sorry for my English.
I know one thing, that if countries (or people) to stop using each other acting as parasites (can roughly say), but began to build friendships, then everything would be much better.
