Hamas Dismisses Abbas Speech

Hamas, which rules the Gaza Strip, signed a reconciliation agreement with Abbas’ Fatah party, which rules in Judea and Samaria, in May. The agreement called for a formation of a unity government, but it has stalled over a leadership row.

Earlier on Friday, Hamas’ Gaza Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh said that the PA should not beg for a state, adding that “liberation of Palestinian land” should come first.

He said that “what is happening at the United Nations harms the dignity of our Palestinian people,” particularly when there is no guarantee of the ‘right of return’ (the Arabs’ wish to have millions of so-called ‘Palestinian refugees’ - the descendants of Arabs who fled Israel before the 1948 Arab-Israeli war – to return to Israeli cities).

In the unlikely event that Abbas agreed to negotiate a peace deal with Israel, what would it actually be worth since he does not have the power to negotiate on behalf of Hamas who control Gaza. Can we expect to see a new push, three states for three people with yet another seat in the UN up for grabs?

Why limit ourselves to 3 states? Arabs from Judaea/Samaria - 1, Arabs from Gaza - 2, Jordanian Arabs - 3, hey, Israeli Arabs are no worse - 4, and what about the poor buggers in Lebanon refugee camps -5? THere must be some in Syria since the chief Hamasnik lives there... and obviously they are all different, distinctive people with centuries-old indigenous cultures and languages.
I say, half-dozen new states to begin with, later on we can add some more when new people are discovered in the region by our glorious Left.

The UN can change its name to the UAN and then we will all know where we stand without any doubt. Hijacking used to be confined to airlines. it seems that western institutions are now the target, mainly because the pilots have been sedated.
