Eighty-five Palestinian Authority Arab men imprisoned in Israel for various terror-related offenses have begun a hunger strike, the Prison Services reported Wednesday. The prisoners hope to force wardens to return some of their fellow terrorist prisoners from a separate wing.PA Minister of Prisoners Affairs Issa Karake said the prisoners would refrain from eating on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays until their demands are answered.
The things you do for love? But let's face it, only eating 4 days a week instead of 7 hardly constitutes a hunger strike now does it? The prison service should help them do it properly and withdraw all food for a few weeks or even months untill they get the idea of it. Call it training or whatever.
