I get very irritated that overseas politicians will take a proposal and then try and set it in stone. Settlement doesn't mean diddly squat. It's just another excuse to try and lay the blame on Israels door for the peace process not moving forwards. If Israel met every condition that it was asked then there would be yet another excuse found so that Abbas didn't have to negotiate. If he is waiting for Livni and her ilk to get into power so that he can run rings arround them,then he will be sorely dissapointed because Israel is getting stronger, not weaker and Livnis chances of getting elected to PM are about the same as his in getting the refugees accepted into Israel..
