Embassy Deja Vu

The year 1979- the US embassy in Tehran stormed, people taken hostages etc with the Iranian rulers complicit in this crime. How was Iran punished? Was it bombed, iccupied, was it at least thrown out of international institutions as a pariah state? Nah.
The year 2011 - The UK embassy in Tehran stormed. There is little doubt the Iranian leaders gave a go-ahead. How do you think they'll be punished? Well, I don't hold my breath.
Now, just imagine, just for laughs - if this happenned in Israel....

Israel doesn't have to go to that extent to be ostracized. Meanwhile, little is said to Iran... the UN is impotent, by choice and design. Jews are murdered and it gets a mere mention, if that... a so-called freedom-fighter, an out and out terrorist is worthwhile news. The world is mad, utterly rabid - it is pandemic today, eventually something has to give.
Frankly, I'm glad I have no say - it, Iran, would be over and out in one breath! Not to mention a few other rogue states.
It sure makes one's heart rate sky-rocket.
