This is Iranian Press TV whose UK licence has been revoked.

It's a little misleading to class Peter Eyre - whoever he is - as a UK 'expert'. I've never heard of him and he's certainly not associated with any media outlet here. Having done a quick search it would seem that his name only crops up on websites specialising in the bizarre - and of course, Press TV.

PressTV is lousy with UK self professed experts from Stephen Sizer to George Galloway to Jenny Tonge to Lauren Booth. They lost their UK license because al Beeb and the Guardian didn't want the competition.

I agree. These people are just self-professed fools who have no outlet in the MSM.

Galloway is seen pretty much as per the Christopher Hitchens school of thought. Tonge has never had a following and Lauren Booth is clearly an attention-seeking moron out to poke a stick in brother-in-law Blair's eye. As for Sizer, he's not known beyond his own little clique.

The Guardian's readership numbers are plummeting. We can only hope the BBC will go the same way as more and more people wake up to their propaganda.

Douglas Murray knows exactly what the state of play is, he has obviously lived his life with his eyes open.
He is so correct when he says that if Israel attacks Iran it will be condemned publicly but in private people will be thanking God that she did.

I agree, farmboy.

As for Murray - he is only 32yrs old but speaks his mind regardless of the opinion of those with whom he may share a panel - and sometimes, regardless of the threat. He can't be intimidated. He speaks at university campuses, on TV, at public debates and often abroad. It has been the case that some refuse to debate against him, largely because he is such a powerful speaker that he generally wins.

I realise that our MSM and our so-called intelligentsia give the UK a poor image, but in my view they are increasingly divorced from genuine public opinion. You get the occasional 'Zionist Shrill'-type comment below the line of any article or video that features Douglas Murray, but by and large comments are supportive and positive - often calling for him to go into politics.

Debates in which he speaks are always interesting, and I'd recommend his speeches at the Durban Watch conference and at an Intelligence Squared debate where the subject was 'Western Values'

It's about lowering the cost of labour at home to save some semblance of industry, nothing more nothing less.

Japan is feeling the pinch too and it's only quality that gives them the edge, but even their markets are drying up as Chinas effect on world economies leaves the consumer with less to spend.
Greece is the first to start the ball rolling down the slippery slope with severe austerity measures and a reduction in the minimum wage of 22%.
If you are willing to half your take home pay you may save your job and reduce your governments need to increase immigration into your job declining society.
