O’Keefe, who was on board the Mavi Marmara, compared Jews to both the Nazis and to the German people whom, he implies, as a whole collaborated with the Nazis. I have transcribed the final part of his speech below. After referring to “the Jewish people” O’Keefe uses “you” or “your” twelve times to personally direct his rhetoric at the Jews in the theatre. He admits his intent was to inflame:

“So if Israel is inherently a racist state, if it is inherently an apartheid state, then I want no part of Israel, it has no place in this world. And it does in its current form, if you want me to use some inflammatory language, in its current form should be destroyed.

Just like the UN in its current form should be destroyed, just like the American empire in its current form should be destroyed, just like the British empire in its current form should be destroyed (next bit inaudible due to applause).

I make no special bones about Jewish people, but the bottom line is this. The Jewish state, that’s not my expression, the Jewish state of Israel is, therefore, acting on behalf of the Jewish people. You, like the Nazis, have now a special obligation.

Ken O'Keefe's entire family should be destroyed. All of them. Sorry, those are the rules. Kill them all.

He reminds me of the Khmer Rouge. He wants to destroy everything and replace it with a new order. His new order would be no different than the "order" that the Khmer Rouge tried to implement.

The only thing that intrigues me is why isn't he talking about destroying the type of order that exists in Syria, Yemen, Iran and for that matter, the type of order that the so called Arab spring is foreshadowing? Then again, it is possible (probable?) that it is the type of "order" that he is hoping to create in Israel, the US and the UK. Some American he is but he probably does not think of himself as an American. He probably thinks himself to be "a citizen of the world", whatever that means. He really is just another nut job. Plenty like him around, unfortunately.

The trouble with these people is that they don't know what they want. They only know what they don't want. They don't want ANYTHING that exists because they don't tolerate ANY imperfections. But they haven't got a clue about what they actually WANT. They only know how to destroy, not how to build or to improve things (existing things).
