Israel doesn't want nor need U.S. troops in Yesha. Short of that, there is nothing any U.S. President could do to stop Arab stone throwers. A lot of stones have been thrown at cars since the first Intifada in 1987. Are you going to blame Reagan, Bush, Clinton, and Bush II as well?
