Have you seen this coin before?

Guys i need help. So i was working, and found this silver Israeli coin. Maybe someone who understands Hebrew can tell me what coin is this.

Its a One Troy Ounce .999 Silver Coin. The weight of it is approximately 31 grams. I don't know what coin is this, and what the symbols mean on it. Maybe someone can give me the information about this coin.

    Here are 2 pictures:

I've never seen this coin before, but it looks like some kind of Chanukkah Gelt (holiday money used in a game). On the back is a "dreidel" (Yiddish) also called a "svivon" (Hebrew), i.e. a top used in a holiday game during Chanukkah.

Usually on Hanukkah we will play a game where the stakes are chocolate coins or pennies.

Also, there is a difference in the lettering on the dreidels made in Israel and those made in other countries. The lettering on the dreidel on this coin is of the type found outside of Israel.
"If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, let my right hand wither, let my tongue cleave to my palate if I do not remember you, if I do not set Jerusalem above my highest joy." (Ps. 137: 5-7)"

"Any generation in which the Temple is not built, it is as if it had been destroyed in their times" (Yerushalmi, Yoma 1a).

Thanks for quick reply. I know that there is just like 30-40$ worth of silver, but maybe someone can give me some more information. Maybe its a rare coin?

It's a good thing to collect coins, but I'm looking for a coin buyer. On the other hand, it cost the Canadian government about 1.6 cents to produce its copper-coated, maple leaf-stamped penny. In addition to that calculable loss, many say the penny has become virtually worthless. They are not accepted in vending machines or parking meters. They have so little value that most consumers considered them to be more of a bother than they are worth.
