It was several years ago when I had a peculiar dream that with time passing by, has made me extremely worryful of the world to come. But until recently, I didn’t know how to unravel this.
I was standing inside an unfamiliar house looking outside from a large window. The house was seemingly located at a large bay. The waters were in turmoil and I saw a truly giant snake lifting itself up ready to take another dive. It was fully transparent so I could only recognize the snake by its contoures in contrast with the environment. It also had crownish like gills which stood proudly open. Although from quite a distance, I felt it staring at me before it took the dive so I backed down from the window because I feared it would pop up in a split-second right in front of me. I felt powerless in between and struggled with my understanding over something that could hardly exist. Meanwhile a storm raged outside and the waters were rising and reached the window already without entering the property so I managed to stay dry. When it was quiet again, I’ve found the courage to take another look at the area outside. The bay was at rest but the view was completely different. It felt like I had been witnessing a shift from one reality to a completely different one, like the world had been changed for some reason or another. I saw unnatural colours and different shapes in the landscape I can hardly describe but the water level had somewhat retreated. The fact that the world had been changed and the joy the snake had been displaying while causing all this made a lasting impression on me although I could not make anything out of it except that the nature of the snake came across to me as a spiritual presence of the evil kind and that I could do nothing to stop its activities. This dream I had was several months before the credit crash of 2008 and still I never made the connection until recently while watching some program on TV mentioning the legend of the snake in relation with the fate of the jewish people.
Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. For behold, the Lord comes out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood and shall no more cover her slain.
On that day the Lord with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish Livyatan the flying serpent and Livyatan that crooked serpent and he shall slay the monster that is in the sea. (Isaiah last verses of 26 into 27:1)
It is my feeling that Leviathan is the demonic spirit who works towards a collapse or at least tries to cripple the Western economic powers (with succes I may add). The best way to do that is through the banking and monetary system and the derivative markets which is believed to be 8,3 times larger than world GDP. At one point Warren Buffet called these unregulated market of financial products (OTC) weapons of mass destruction. Four years later nothing has improved, while the US seems to be heading its way into a recession towards 2013, the EU struggles to survive and Britain piles up one banking scandal after another.
I haven’t had such a disturbing dream ever since nor a similar one before but I now firmly believe that it was Leviathan that I saw. This I wanted to share from my limited understanding but with the future in mind I think it is reasonable to take measurements outside the “normal pattern of savings” for the times will get rough.
Here’s a link I think is a recommended read concerning faltering economics and the inability to reverse them by democratic elected governments which are bound to fulfill the immediate desires of its citizens/voters, namely to keep them fat, overspending and always wanting more, pretty much like the banking system they like to trust with their eyes closed.
