I guess France has officially decided which side they are on.

I think its time for United States to make an example of France for the rest of the world.

They should be listed as a Terrorist sponsoring state and extended the same scrutiny as Iran.

It's not about taking sides as its about opportunities. France cares less for the Arabs.

    Smile Political

All that is happening in the Arab world and Israel/Palestine is all about politics and you as a citizen of the ME knows it better then anyone else.
I'm not a citizen of the Middle East... I live in Denmark... If you have seen my personal info it said> Turkey. But I've changed it. But I am still a Turk though..

And off course... it's all about politics. BUT there is 2 sides of the conflict. One of them is right (Israeli) and the wrong part (Palestinian)

Now.. if the "politicians" of the world community can't see this... then they dont deserve being in power. A lot of people doesn't care about the conflict. They say something like: "Let them destroy themselvs" or something even worse. But here in Denmark there arent many pro-israelis. At my high-school they are mostly 80% left-wing (communist, socialist or socialdemocratic) and they are ALL anti-israeli! This "typical" brainwashing comes from stupid politicians who doesn't know anything about the conflict and the essence of it!

Peace is the essence!! But to get to peace we have to make war!! And freezing assets of terrorist organisations globally is one way of doing it! No financial support means no war at all.

Dig_Sparx, the peace loving Danes, must shake their heads in wonder when debating with you. That said, it is refreshing to hear a young person such as you possessing such passion. Students over the world are being inundated with anti-Israeli/Semitic propaganda in lecture halls and classrooms! The attitudes of our leadership in government and the classroom only propagate the ignorance of the situation.
By the way, my point regarding Canada’s past … was to underline, that she should be a stalwart supporter of her allies today.

I dont care what people think of me. I had some Palestinian friends before I learned the truth... and now I dont want anything to do with them!

Your right that they are being brainwashed with anti-israeli thoughts. Its all because of the left-wing. I'm sorry to say that this happens all around Europe. People who has been brainwashed at a "young" age defends that ideology. People who defends that ideology is ruling France (Chirac)

That's the spirit! I'm certain, we have all lost friends over the ME issue! Like yourself, it is tiring seeing the same old hate-mongering being sanctioned (at times by their silence) by weak-kneed leadership, educators etcetera. keep up the fighting spirit, Dig_Sparx, you're needed!
