    Opening page in new window

    I'm using Internet Explorer 6

When browsing web sites, I frequently open the links in a new window. One way to do this is by right-clicking the link and select "Open in New Window", another way to do this is holding SHIFT when clicking. The first way works. But when I use the second way (which is more practical) both the new and the ... previous ... window follow the link. Both methods should work the same way. I remember that the last time I came here (some months ago...) it all worked fine.

    Can something be done?

    Hi Moon,

I use IE6, too. I just tried your second method... that is, holding <SHIFT> while left-clicking on the link. It worked for me... that is, it left the original window where it was... and it opened a new window for the new link destination.

Have you tried closing IE6, and then opening it again?
    Or rebooting your computer?

    Hope that helps you.
