Thumbs down MK Bishara's Free Speech

Is it just me, or has this poor-excuse for an MK worn out his welcome after his call for arab nations to attack Israel?

Sure, this might be seen by some as a free speech issue, but how lond would the UK, for example, tolerate a minister calling for the IRA to continue its bombing of British civilian targets?

This is not an issue of free speech. It is an issue of treason and incredible audacity.

Bishara is an ingrate and taking advantage of the ultra-liberal Israelis' desire to prove that they are "enlightened" by letting an Arab who is a blatant enemy of Israel, sit in the Knesset.

I hope that Eli Yishai is successful is revoking Bishara's citizenship. Make him a Palestinian instead.

Glad to say that Israel will open an investigation into Bishara's treasonous statements.

I doubt that ultra-liberal Rubinstein will seriously prosecute Bishara. Like many other Israeli liberals, he thinks he is "enlightened" when letting Bishara the enemy make treasonous statements.

Bishara the Arab traitor announced that he refuses to appear for a police inquiry.

I hope they kick in his door and drag him to jail for obstruction of justice.

    Talking Finally... Bishara Indicted!

    Geez...

Sure took ultra-leftist legal advisor Elyakim Rubinstein a long time to finally indict Bishara on two counts of incitement.

I really hope that this time the Arab traitor will be thrown in jail.

Worse yet, he should be kicked out of Israel and made to live in Palestinian-controlled territory.

Is this your definition of Democracy?

You should thank god that Colin Powell isn't reading this.

We should ALL thank god that there are some liberal Israelis who still believe in true democracy and freedom of speech.

Now, why do you say that?

    United States Constitution
    Article III.
    Section. 3.
    Clause 1:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

    OUPSS... I missd this one...
    "revoking Bishara's citizenship"...
    ---------------

One... ever heard about "parliamentary immunity"?

Two... I can't see anything about kicking doors, draging to jail, revoking citizenship or kicking out of the country in the United States Constitution.

Ever heard of expressing oneself in anger? Run out of serious arguments that you have to stoop to this?
