PA Editor: Israel Attacked Paris Synagogue to Encourage French Jews to Come to Israel
    02:22 Jan 12, '04 / 18 Tevet 5764

(IsraelNN.com) Introduction: One of the common tactics of Palestinian Authority (PA) propaganda is to blame Israel for Palestinian and Arab terrorism. Now a prominent PA newspaper editor has come up with a new twist on this tactic.

On June 13, 2003, a Belgian citizen tried to blow up a synagogue in Belgium, using two gas balloons hidden in his car. Two months ago (November 15, 2003), two cars exploded in front of a synagogue in Istanbul, causing the deaths of 23 people.

Last week a new libel was invented by the editor of the PA official daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, in an interview on PA TV. The editor explained that because Israel suffers from low immigration, it was Israel who started last month's fire in the Parisian Synagogue -- to convince French Jews to immigrate to Israel.

The following are the words of Hafez Barghouti on PA TV:
"The Secret Zionists gangs have been trying, and are acting in France in the same way they used to act in Arab countries- Iraq, Egypt and Morocco, blowing up... Jewish synagogues in order to force them [the Jews] to immigrate [to Israel]. So after the attack on a synagogue, the Israeli ambassador in France called for all the Jews in France to immigrate [to Israel]...

...There are Israeli or Zionist gangs that carry out terror attacks against Jews and force them to immigrate [to Israel], because Israel suffers from emigration." (Palestinian Media Watch)

It’s difficult to respond to a nonsensical allegation and so I’ll just leave it at that.

The article does give me an idea!

For starters each and every Palestinian should drink purple cool aid or strap on a suicide belt and pull the cord. The rest of the Arabs can always blame it on the Jews.

After that the remaining billion of so Muslims could do the same.

What do you think of this?

    Is this true?

November 25, 1940. In September, 1940, around 3,000 Jewish refugees from Vienna, Prague and Danzig were attempting to reach Palestine. In a convoy of four river steamers, they set sail down the Danube and reached the Romanian port of Tulcea where they transferred to three Greek cargo ships named Atlantic, Pacific and Milos. Conditions on board these three ships were horrendous, reminiscent of Japanese hell-ships later in the war. Eventually the ships reached Palestinian waters, but the British Colonial Office refused them permission to land. It was finally decided to deport the refugees to the island of Mauritius where a special camp was to be built. The three ships were then brought into Haifa harbour where the liner Patria was berthed. The refugees were then embarked on the Patria and as the last passengers from the Atlantic were coming on board, a tremendous explosion ripped the liner apart. The death toll amounted to 267 refugees killed. The explosion was the work of the Jewish underground army, the Haganah.

If there is any doubt that Zionists were prepared to collaborate with Nazism, and that they always put their aim for a Jewish state before the survival of the Jews, let us remember that it is on the public record that the Zionist 'Haganah', the Jewish defence force in Palestine, not only joined the Gestapo in organising forced emigration of Jews from Germany to Palestine, but also did its share of directly murdering Jews, when this proved unsuccessful.

Let us examine the case of the S.S. Patria, full of Jewish refugees from Hitler, which was blown up on November 25, 1940 [off the coast of Palestine] supposedly in protest against the British decision to transfer them to Mauritius instead of admitting them to Palestine.

On the 18th anniversary of their deaths, the Zionist leader Sharett together with Ben Gurion declared that they were martyrs to the cause and admitted complicity saying 'It is sometimes necessary to sacrifice a few in order to save the many' (Shonfeld, Holocaust Victims Accuse, p.62)

Later the memoirs of Herzl Rosenblum, a member of the Central Zionist leadership, the so-called 'Small Action Committee', were published:

A session of the Small Actions Committee, of which I was a member, met in Jerusalem. At the table opposite me sat the commander of the Patria project, A. Golamb, Haganah spokesman in the Zionist shadow cabinet. When my turn came to speak, I rose and told the meeting openly everything I thought about this act; namely, that this was not a blow against England, but an irresponsible, aimless mass-murder of Jews who had been saved from the European catastrophe. I added that if any of us believed that we had to fight the British by committing hara-kiri, let him commit hara-kiri, for hara-kiri is suicide and not an act of murder. I stated plainly that this road was open to Mr. Golamb, but that he could not sacrifice other Jews for his policy without first asking them, and particularly the children among them - a crime which I openly protested. At this point Mr. Golamb jumped up and attacked me with his fists. But the people next to him at the table held him back. I must add that Mr. Golamb's fists, which I will never forget, did not annoy me as much as the servility of all the committee members, none of whom supported. me."

As Rabbi Shonfeld comments, this incident served on a small scale as a tragic symbol of what the Zionists did to tens of thousands, in accordance with their rule that says: the merit to be saved belongs to a Jew only when in Eretz Yisroel, and if that is impossible, it is better that his death and great suffering be joined to the building of the future state.

    Read a more accurate account.

Where did you get your story from? What purpose would have been served by the Haganah if their intent was to kill? Notice how your story doesn't explain such an elemtary question.

How do you explain such stupidity as "but also did its share of directly murdering Jews, when this proved unsuccessful."?

I got this from a forum where a majority of posters would see the demise of Israel. I have seen them convince supporters of Israel and those who are "neutral" that Israel is a rougue state born of violence agains arabs. I knew that if I brought some of this 'information' here that someone would give me good sources to correct these statements.

Sorry if I upset you but these outrageous allegations need to be answered by those who are more knowledgable than I am.

Motley Krew - not many posters there.
Isn't there a Private Message function here?
I don't want to give their web address.

The First part of what you posted .. quoted above was taken/plagiarized (not by you.. but then again not sourced by you either) from:

    http://guardian.911review.org/Palest...-terrorism.htm
    *(See SS Patria)

    A Hate and Conspiracy site.

Just repeating things that you get from other Message boards (like the Filth at Motley Krew I am familiar with).. is really not a good idea.
I posted there for a few weeks but the board is utterly stacked, seeded and controlled by the Moderators and a Few Push posting Shills.

    Thanks to OJ...

and we all will be glad to provide the truth here but some of it (Most in the case of Motley Krew) is beneath discussion.

That forum is so virulently antisemitic it makes me shiver. Won't look at that page ever again.
