There is no reason to assume that cultures founded on tribal values, fear, oppression, tyranny and shame have any incentive to do more for their own people than the abysmal job they have done so far. The UNDP reports for the last 3 years running regarding development in the arab world paint a pretty dark picture all on their own, even the 99% of them who have no first or second order contact with anything related to Israel. Take just the small corner of the world called mass murder terrorist attacks. Far far more arab/muslim on arab/muslim violence has claimed far more lives than anything in Israel or Yesha.
