The debate about whether to leave the houses and facilities intact in the gaza strip after the pullout dances between razing them - and not giving hamas and the other animals anything to gloat over, or leaving them so the arabs can make use of them.
I would pose that israel should offer to europe as a concession that the house/facilities can remain, but europe needs to buy them from israel for their arab friends. Israel should be compensated for the cost of the hundreds of millions of dollars' worth of roads and infrastructure they are leaving behind, in addition to the housing, hospitals, etc.
Sharon should add this to his demands before the EU prior to July, otherwise, israel will flatten them. My guess is that the europeans will balk, exposing them as hypocrites where they can fund arab terror, but not a viable arab enttity - or jews for that matter.
