How do I post Pictures in the Photo section????

In ezboard, you post pictures like this:

How do I post pictures in this forum?

I have the URL of the pics.

Go to the photos section and attach the photo as indicated. When the appropriate moderator has a chance, he will approve the photo. For obvious reasons, IsraelForum does not allow unmoderated photos to be posted.

Can pictures be posted ONLY in the photo section, or can I include pictures to illustrate my postings in other sections as well?
