    display anomalies

The "Private messages" "Posts for me" and "Posts by me" buttons do not render correctly in Netscape 7.2. They are badly distorted.

I had this problem briefly. I cleared my cache (equivalent of temporary internet files) and it fixed the problem.
They've changed the buttons to have labels saying what they do so they are now longer but I think the old pictures were still loading from the cache and being stretched out to the length of the new ones.

Yes, it's a cache thing. It can be solved with just hitting refresh, though. doesn't require actual clearing of the cache.

I had the same effect with Firefox 1.0 and 1.5 with WinXP when vB changed the icons.
I recommend to empty all cashes frequently - no matter what OS or browser.

I fixed it in another way, just renaming the images to force proper display.
